Promoting their best ever album, "Still Live After All These Years" on Mystic, Chicken Shack's profile has never been so high since the late 60's. Stan himself is playing like a demon as the Live in Germany album proves. Not only is his guitar playing majestic but his voice has matured to being stronger and more expressive than any other time in his career.

Best known for his chart hits "I'd Rather Go Blind" and "Tears In The Wind", Stan Webb stuck with his love of the blues as all around him went psychedelic in the late 60's. Ironically the new album new live album gloriously demonstrates he has absorbed the best of all prevailing styles of the time. What is clear is that Stan has matured as both a player and vocalist, and is arguably playing far better than ever before.
