Led by former Salt/Long John Baldry and Bad Manners harp player Little Stevie Smith, the band also boast Rick Wakeman and one time Strawbs drummer Tony Fernandez, former Eddie Reader/Working Week bass man Andy Herbert, and fiery guitarist Martyn Taylor – who was once the band's bass player.

Promoting a historic CD "Last Night of the Torrington" on Mystic records, Ruthless Blues are inescapably woven into the fabric of the London live circuit.

If you love quality rock blues played with a smile, and don't mind the occasional audience 'call and response' sing-along, then Ruthless are the band for you. As their anthem says, "Is That the Blues? Sure Enough"!!
